Only a few new farms are
available on Slocum Lane in Marlborough, in the
estate section of town, near the Wayside Inn,
Sudbury. We have taken the liberty of naming them
in Colonial fashion, however, you are free to
rename your farm to suit you.
The Wayside Inn was once
the Black Horse Tavern. Now the Inn welcomes horses,
and has stables, so you could ride over for lunch
or dinner, and possibly stable or tie up your
horse. While there, just make arrangements in
advance with the InnKeeper, so you know where
to go and what to do, when you get there by horse.
You may have seen a horse drawn coach visiting
there, many weekday mornings around 9am.
The farms are from one
acre up, and horses are allowed, one per acre.
Our house styles are elegant, and probably offer
more style and amenities than many you see in
higher prices in the area. Take a good look at
our gorgeous settings, and what we have to offer
in stylish and up to date house plans, compare,
some have a bathroom for every bedroom, as many
as 3 car garages, up to 5.5 baths, and all under
one million dollars to start….customizing available.
What we include is incredible,
such as fireplace/s some in the bathroom and master
bedroom, lots of closets, microwave oven, ceramic
tile floor in baths, kitchen and foyer, central
air, central vacuum and security system. Our plans
vary, so choose the plan that fits your family.
